With more pricing options to match your needs, exciting changes are coming to the NAFDMA membership structure in January of 2020.  We have heard the comments, discussion, and feedback from you - our membership - and will be implementing these new policies to better serve you.


What is new?

We have reduced the price of our Standard Membership, but are also introducing a new Premium Membership option with additional services and benefits.  The monetary value of services associated with this level will deliver far more than has ever been seen in the past. As always, our staff are continuing to pursue new membership offerings for both the Standard and Premium Membership levels.  

For our Supplier members, we are tailoring values specific to your needs for connectivity with producers in the industry. This is in addition to the great benefits which are a part of the Standard Memberships.  NAFDMA is implementing a facebook marketplace and providing public website space to promote your members-only benefits.  

And for our partners in Government, Extension, and Education, we recognize the limitations you face in public service. We are introducing a new, lower cost membership for you. We know the value you bring to our organization with resources, education, and the connectivity to local producers in your service area. 

When will this take effect?

NAFDMA is working to streamline operations and bring alignment to the renewal process. Starting in 2020, all memberships will renew in January.  If your membership is scheduled to renew in January, you will notice no change to your process.

For those who have renewal dates of February through December, your rate for the year will be pro-rated to the number of months in the 2020 calendar year. Starting in January of 2021, your renewal date will align with all members.

What do you need to do?

Most of these changes will occur on the back end of our systems and will be transparent to you.  NAFDMA staff will be providing a link for you to specify your choice of membership level at the time of your renewal in 2020.  You can upgrade to the Premium Membership at any time in 2020 by contacting a member of the NAFDMA staff.
